At BlackMilk Clothing, we want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. If your order isn't quite right, you can return it for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place your items in their original packaging with tags attached; please ensure all garments are in unworn and unwashed condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt so you can monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.
